Shipping-

Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking within 1-3 days of placing your order.                       

Certain items, for example- specialty custom made rosaries, will take longer to receive due to the customization process. The shipping time itself will remain the same.

Shipping time will take approximately 2-8 days depending on your delivery location. Most orders are received by the customer within the week of ordering. USPS with tracking has proved to be a reliable and timely delivery service.

Shipping costs will be based on approximate package weight and destination as well as special packaging materials best suited for larger products. 
Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Returns-

Thank you for supporting this small business. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please use the contact form, email, or chat and your issue will be addressed promptly. Your concerns are very important and your satisfaction is a top priority.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase. Customers will be responsible for return shipping fee and return label. Returned items must be in new, unused, unaltered condition, free from any damage and the in original packaging. 

Refunds will be issued promptly upon return of the item.

Replacements and exchanges or refunds may be honored in special circumstances.
